While having your normal arranger window open, you can go to the top of that window over your midi or audio events and at on point, there appears a crossed arrow that points in 4 directions.
Pressing the left mouse button, changes the song possition, pressing the right mouse button is giving you a poppup menu with lots of options.
Pressing the scrollwhele and a hand apears and you can drag the whole arragnemend to the left and the right.
Can this be changed?

What would you like the behavior to be? As I said.
I would like to have the little hand, that moves the whole arrangement, on the right button of my mouse and and the popup menue,that apears on the right button, I want to pup up on the scrollwheel.
