I bought the plugin a couple weeks ago and haven't had any luck authorizing it..I get Failed to authorize...Couldn't connect to server..has anyone else had this problem..I contacted the Nomad Factory Tech Support but they didn't offer any real help on this...I turned off my antivirus and it still won't authorize..
Im running Windows 7 64 bit

Im running Windows 7 64 bit

Did you manage to solve this problem? I'm having the same problem with Echoes v3 on my Windows 7 pc. Authorization went fine on my Windows 10 laptop.

I've had similar issues...not with this plugin but some others. In most cases, installing a missing MS Runtime fixed the problem....YMMV.

It did work on Windows 10.

AUTO-ADMIN: Non-MP3, WAV, OGG, SoundCloud, YouTube, Vimeo, Twitter and Facebook links in this post have been protected automatically. Once the member reaches 5 posts the links will function as normal.

Found a fix for the installation issue. Did it on two computers, windows 7, sp1 64......... I installed an update pac called "simplix.info/updatePack7R2.exe.......and also netframe48.wa was installed, as my computer didn't have that on it. For full instructions go to link below, the second post by SIW2 gives a full explanation. I'm not sure netframe 4.8 was necessary, but I installed it just in case. It took about an hour with a lot of pauses, restarts, etc...just like installing the windows. It did work for me.

I got a message from the forum saying the link I posted above would not work normally because I have less than five posts on the forum. I'm not sure what that means, but if someone successfully finds the thread/forum that shows how to download the simplix updater and is able to fix the Nomad Factory windows 7 issue, please post and let people know that it worked.
