Any effect (even if it is just because of its transparency) that causes to you immediately a good «sensation»...
The plugins with best 'textures'?

Really like Izotope ones, like the Neutron transient shaper; accommodating the bands well, it seems to fix everything and also adds a texture, although a little plastic, very aesthetic and novel
. Another one whose sensation i really like is the Audio Damage reverb, Eos 2. Very soft and pleasant
. And finally, the Saturn 2 comes to mind; not always happens but many times when i put it into leads with the warm tape algorithm (without multiband), it turns them very evocative, i don't know how but it enlivens them by adding imaginary substance
.

I use mostly and mainly UAD plugins for that,Any effect that causes to you immediately a good «sensation»...
- aside LA3A every comp they released bring me that
- same with Pultec eq and Massive Passive eq, sometimes Hitsville eq (but I perceive no "magic" with other eq from them)
- their version of the SPL TD is stunning and so effective
- Ampex ATR102 tap sim too, way more than their others tape sim
- Time cube delay, EP34 echoflex bring so much character to things
- galaxy tape, studio D chorus, brigade chorus (Roland emulation), mxr flanger, Korg sdd 3000 sometimes are the things
- the drive part on the Moog filter too
- Capitol chamber and Plate reverb are pure gems
Win 11, UAD Octo satellite usb, Yamaha AG06 mk2, IK multimedia iLoud MTM x2, Ableton Live 12, Push 2, Reason 12, NI Komplete.

(UVI)Thorus is one of the best choruses I've ever seen. The amount of control is insane.

hi, i like to use granular effects if i want some textures or layers (often i use pitch shifting one octave up on the granulator) on top of the sounds i am using, my favorite granular processor is GRM Tools Space grain, Output Portal or Arturia Fragments are also very good, big hug
