the best reverb for cowbell is using an Convolution reverb and using a cowbell sample as the impulse response. That way you get more cowbell out of your cowbell

Don't use a reverb, use a vibrator. That'll make your cowbell totally vibey.

I generally prefer blending 'cow' IRs for the short reflections, 'bell' IRs for the tail. YMMV.
