1. Wasn't responding to you directly. I was responding to dionenoid.revvy wrote: Wed Aug 28, 2024 7:48 am Are you drunk? Confusing me with somebody else? Insult you?
Read your link.
2. Being funded-by doesn't mean they were "bought". The link clearly shows they are still privately owned.

I think you're confused, man. Perhaps I'm misusing the quote reply. We're in agreement.revvy wrote: Wed Aug 28, 2024 7:51 am So you quote me when responding to someone else and repeat what I say to contradict. Got it.
I was quoting you to respond to you, that we agree, and then indirectly responded to dionenoid.

Ah ok. No worries.
Not sure there’s a huge difference between PE-funded and-owned, obviously depends on the amount invested, of which I have no idea.

The Imageline accounts for 2023 show the following;
4. Information about important events after the end of the financial year
On November 20, 2023, the General Meeting decided to pay an interim dividend to the
sole shareholder, WPEF VI Holdco VII BE NV, amounting to EUR 25,921,988
The following;
https://investors.fagron.com/press-rele ... cation-10/
"...WPEF VI Holdco III BE B.V., jointly controlled by WPEF VI Holding III BE B.V. (itself ultimately controlled by Waterland Private Equity Fund VI C.V.) "
Seems to indicate that the overall controlling interest through a set of holding companies is indeed Waterland.

It's actually more explicitly spelt out on page 20. More used to the UK format of accounts (and English...!) so missed that first time round.

Almost looks like IL was “bought”.
I’m just a bit disappointed DT was somewhat thrown by the non-English reporting. Still, we got there in the end

I quickly brushed up on my Dutch..
Sadly, probably the most I know of languages other than English and a tiny bit of French is from this stuff. I could walk into a bar in Berlin and ask, "Profit before taxation? Amortisation?", which would be useful.
