Try the CA Blue3 demo and tell us. :D

Does the new CA version of Blue3 overwrite the GG Audio version or can they both be installed? I'm moderately interested in the new version except I've found CA synths to be pretty bad when it comes to CPU usage so I'm worried it would be more of a downgrade than an upgrade.
Surely there must be consensus by now...

It installs as a new VST, with a different name ("Blue 3 Organ" I think) with new presets in a new location.
I haven't really checked it out yet - but I noticed that the graphics are a little blurry, compared to the GG Audio one (which is fine).

I guess that renaming makes sense then. Not only to distinguish CA's version from GG Audio's "Legacy" version.

But also to no longer clash with that different plugin which previously shared the same name, i.e. Rob Papen's "Blue3" plugin.

If I buy Blue 3 license, will I be able to download & activate legacy version? (I have none)
Or new buyers only get the new one?
