Preinstalled apps on brand new Windows 11 laptop, with names in languages I don't recognise, that can't be uninstalled.

Hey gang. After finding Microsoft's own support severely lacking, I thought I'd see if anybody here can help answer me this? I have just bought a brand new laptop running Windows 11, and have found two apps, that must have come pre-installed, that have names in languages I can't recognise, and that cannot be uninstalled. Can anybody shed any light on what they are and why I can't uninstall them please?

It's language packs for keyboard layout in Icelandic. You can remove them in settings - language and input
