I'm planning on adding Hologram Microcosm to an otherwise software-only PC system. My audio interface is an RME Babyface Pro - does it have the correct outputs and inputs to connect to Hologram Microcosm?

Bit of a challenge indeed...
Line levels over 1/4" TRS almost always work. That's the format of inputs 3/4 on the side of the RME Babyface.

For stereo input on the pedal it seems you need a Y-cable (stereo TRS on one side, two TS plugs on the other)
But it seems the BabyFace has only one (stereo) output on XLR? Maybe using the headphones output (on modest volume) with a TRS-TRS cable works.

Thanks for your answer. Hmm, that is inconclusive - I didn't the XLR outputs wouldn't be stereo. I use the headphone output for headphones (;-))
I asked RME Support to advise, so I'm sure before I make a purchase.

If you only use headphones, then the main outputs are free, so you can use a Y-cable from TRS to dual female XLR plugs such as this one:

So all is looking good.
