all the old plug ins are labeled as "LEGACY" and require rosetta to run on apple silicon but the AU versions will run in hosts using the apple AU host compatibility app. they are not native apple silicon.
ohmboyz infinity delay is apple silicon native as of this latest update.
if you want to check any installer to see if its contents are apple silicon/intel universal binary etc.. use "suspicious package". it's free.. and let's you see inside any installer. w/plug in installers you "open with.." and select suspicious package.. then go to "all files" and it'll show entire package contents and then you select the vst2/3/AU and it'll tell you if it's ARM or Intel or both. it's a free app.. works great.
