Thanks for all comments on my tracks. Very helpfull. And I agree to many other comments here. So many interesting tracks and the diversity of styles was pure fun.

I saw from the comments, that some listeners had trouble with my song because of some high frequencies. Sorry for that. I cant hear the higher spectrum anymore so I just did not realize that during composing the song. I need to find a way to visualize such problems in the future.
Sorry.

Oh yes, listening again you definitely have some problems in the very high end. Interesting problem if you can't hear it yourself. Difficult to know how to address it. Maybe low pass filter all your synth sounds at 10hkz, but let your percussion pass through (else your song will sound dull).
Or maybe get someone with better hearing to check your master before you submit! :)

You might want to try Limiter 6. It has a separate high-frequencies-limiter built in. You could also use Span spectrum analyzer and compare your high frequencies with reference songs visually.

I thought that. But the percussion noise could easily mask those problem high frequencies.
A sonograph could help you spot persistent high frequency sine waves perhaps. That's what I would use - visually.

Ok, if you got a 2 from me, it's not that you did that bad of a job, the overall quality was such that i had to stack rank things much more strictly at the top. I can't give everyone 4s and 5s.

Do you use a freq analyzer like SPAN? I always keep it up while I'm mixing to help with what I am not hearing properly.
