Now, if anyone knows how to map a GM midi file to play properly a non-GM compatible drum soundfont in Traction (some midi plugin maybe) ...
Maybe I should start a new thread for this!

Too bad the very first link is corrupt, r00 results in an 81kb file...zeoy wrote:OK I found the link. Give it a try! I think it's worth it. http://www.getimo.de/linkpage2/html/res ... rumset.php

Some very usefull loops, thanks
For those with Sonar, I quickly created a little Cakewalk Sessiondrummer file with bucodi's loops.
Just unzip it to the folder where SD wants the loops to be (eg. programfiles/cakewalk/sonar/drum styles)

Thanks a lot Sepheritoh.
I saw on your site that you play drums, so I take this as a big complement
Nice studio you have by the way
Can I put your package on my site ?

Thanks
I'm not what you can call a pro yet
You can surely put it on your site with pleasure.

Thanks alot.
I'll give some of them a try over the next couple of days.
If they're good they will be incredibly useful to me when composing.

Other drum bits are always good.
Other than that though if I were going to choose, I'd say that guitar strumming and picking patterns might be useful. Probably all in one key and the user can then do all the transposition themselves.
If the guitar notes are programmed really well and realistically it would probably be worth the extra effort to transpose them into different keys.
That's just a personal opinion though.

Thanks for these. Useful as templates. I use FL studio, so it took a while to discover how to import them. As a gm file, I can import them once, as if each pattern were a song, but I can't seem to import them into individual patterns.
Of course there are a number of work arounds for me, and the issue is on my end. I loaded up a few and plan to use them. Thanks again.

Thanks for your reply ouroboros
I don't own FL studio. If you are able to convert them to a package of templates for FL studio, I would be happy to host them on my site.
