TC Electronic MASTER X HD as good as old Master X3 TDM ?

How is the new TC Electronic MASTER X HD ? is it the same sounding as the old Master X3 TDM ?

I invested in this company many many years ago. They have a tendency "closing down" products. No more support, no nothing.... And future upgrades or "crossgrades" are expensive and/or stupid solutions. They had some nice stuff back in the TDM days, but past is past. Stay away from them is my final word.

TC Electronics Denmark does not really exist anymore. They are owned by Behringer who are using the name as a cash grab to sell inferior products made by Chinese slave labor.
