Alternatives to NI Spektral Delay?

Aside from Purmagnetik's Sage, are there other effects that have deep spectral capabilities like NI Spektral Delay? There may by synths that are capable of similar results but I can't think of any off hand.

I never owned Spektral Delay, so I'm not sure how similar/different this is, but Artificial Audio Obelisk is my fav spectral delay (and filter/gate).

obelisk by artificial audio, quite old but really good still

I use Tonsturm SPCTRL EQ through a separate delay - my favourite being Blue Cat Late Replies

Another vote for the Melda one. It can do magical things.
