It's cool imo, like the big brother, just more conventional. I bought it for $10 not long ago, I like and have the filter as well. Filtryg though, is a bit funky to use and it's quality might not be immediately obvious.

An idiot on Set Theory:
"In some cases there is an object called red that contains everything that is red. In much the same way a pot is a plate."

It's sometimes synths that look rather uncommon that offer great results. If you for instance think of Tranzistow ... it's an ugly UI but a insane beast synth! Miniraze is the little brother of Waverazor ... both need love for synthesize, both need curious exlorers ... if you take the blue pill ... they will both drag you into wonderland

This is an incredible gift! I remember buying Waverazor and spending a month getting under the hood, trying to figure out how to program a very complex synth, and I almost jumped to buy Miniraze as well, for its greater simplicity. Are you the one who did some wonderful presets for Waverazor?

These mainly come from my OneSynthChallenge Track done with Waverazor here: https://soundcloud.com/p-e-t-e-r-h/spac ... -new-world
And I remember that the Devs added some incredible crazy stuff even in the later releases ... for instance you can use the "gate output" of an lfo to trigger an envelope. That really feels like Waverazor is a modular synth in a box ... you should really upgrade if you're not on the latest version.
If only I'm not so lazy I could have done a few presets for Miniraze as well. I did already two demo tracks which sit hidden on my soundcloud ... but the final effort to turn the patches into something other people might find usefull was beyond me

I didn't like Waverazor because the GUI is really off-putting for me. But this one is less crowded, and does sound great

I bought it today from Pluginboutique. Very discounted price! I needed a synth with sharp sounds that easy to reach and this synth fits my needs.pekbro wrote: Wed Aug 07, 2024 2:53 am It's cool imo, like the big brother, just more conventional. Anyway, I was surprised that it can do lots of sounds! It also installed on my Linux partition easily and works great with Bitwig.
I will keep my eyes on other MOK synths in the future
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.
