Which audio interface with direct monitoring?

To give some background, I have an M-Audio Air 4 mainly because it can handle 192khz which is good for sound design (for me), however if I monitor my mic and use the direct monitor knob all the way it cuts out the audio I am aso listening to, I just setup my old M-Audio M-Track and it's working flawlessly, I can switch to direct output and I'm able to monitor with no mic latency and I can still listen to the music.

Is there an audio interface which can produce this exact feature under £100? It would also need to support sample rates of at least 96khz and TRS, it doesn't need any other bells and whistles. I could also consider a budget mixer with an audio interface built in.
