As for me, I live, breathe, and $hit Definitive Jux. Aesop Rock (on a side note LOVE the video for Evil Nine's Crooked feat. Aesop Rock http://evilnine.preloaded.com/), Rob Sonic, RJD2, Hangar 18, etc. it's all killer stuff.

Other than that, that new Foreign Exchange, Mos-Def's latest, and MF Doom's Mm Food is some of the best hip-hop that I heard in '04.
