KVR Banned without any explanation

I've been banned from KVR a couple of months ago. I joined KVR in 2007 and posted more than 2000 posts and vastly participate to help the community.
I sent a mail a few months ago to the moderator to ask him which post made me banned from KVR I have never received any replied yet.
So I have to create a new account...

I have been banned from HPC for years because I pointed out that a moderator’s post was unrelated to its topic.

I bet I know who that was. He managed to not just ban me from HPC but from the entire OT forum, which was ironic as it was, again, an OT report on his post. Apparently an OT report on a post was "an attack" and not just, y'know, a report.

I didn't get a reply from the admins either when I questioned it via email. Sending to that email address is basically throwing things into The Void.

Yep.
One time he started a stupid HPC topic (which is perfectly acceptable) and then said anyone who pointed out its stupidity would be banned.

Entrapment!!

Thus, one is likely to be disappointed if they expect a rational explanation for being banned.

Yeah, same here. Since he’s gone, I asked Ben to get access back and he graciously put me back in.
My “offense” was even sillier. I was actually communicating sympathy to the moderator and he somehow interpreted it as the opposite. No amount of explaining or apologizing to him for the misunderstanding seemed to make a dent. He decided her wanted to be angry and that was that.

There is Site Stuff.

But not a huge deal as the mods will delete anything about a prior ban and this will be as tears in the rain. Or attack ships off the shoulder of Orion, one or the other.

If the admins actually bothered to respond to emails to the address the rules claim is for this kind of thing, people would be less likely to post threads about "why the ban?". But that's how they roll, it seems.

There have been threads like this where mods have responded with details--more than the given OP cared to divulge--and then it was all sorts of allegations of bias and unfairness. It doesn't seem to end well when mods respond publicly, is what I'm saying.
