Nothing new. Same info as in their first email in August.

1. Still a lie.
Since when are 7 days (as it used to be) not "within 30 days".
If you get the payment report, then you have 30 days to complain. So I can understand that they want to wait 30 days for the payment. BUT why does it take them 30 days to create the payment report? Are there so many refunds?
AND: They stated inj their example that they will deliver the payment report at the end of next month. And the payment at the end of the seonc next month. Since when are 31 days "within 30 days". We will see this month

2. It is more than 60 days since my July Payment Report (statement day) now.
So 30+ days overdue.

We re-contacted their support on the matter and received a response pretty much instantly stating that they are fully aware of the situation and working on resolving "the issue" as soon as possible. No word about a pending KYC or the like btw. (which we did rather recently due to a change of our payout details).

This still all seems rather fishy.

Post

The fact that they don't send *any* information to everyone is rather damning.

Meanwhile, the Cleverbridge sales team is "auf zack" as we say in Germany, and they seem to reach out to everyone who posted on this thread.

The same reply as we got on Oct 2. The support team can't do anything helpful unless those copy-paste message that indicates they are not running away with our money, lol

I've opened 2 cases and both seems answered by an AI bot, currently moving to another MOR and leaving Mycommerce after more than 15 years. Any opinions about cleverbridge?

Hmmm... I think they may have taken some notice... I've used the same account for nearly 2 decades...

"Upon further review with our Compliance team, it has been determined that a voice verification is not needed for a first time docusign completion. We only require a voice verification of a client's payment information if any of the details are being changed, which has not occurred here. As a result, this message confirms that the Due Diligence requirements have been fully completed as designated by our Compliance team. Payments will continue to arrive to the destination we confirmed through your account's control panel, under the 'Administration' section to 'Your Payment Information'."

Perhaps they're waiting for more people to finish it before triggering the go ahead for everyone?

And to my message concerning the payment delays...

"Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. We want to express our sincere apologies for the frustrations and inconvenience caused by the MyCommerce payment delays and lack of communication from our end.
Please know that we are fully aware of the situation and are working diligently to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. Our team is investigating the cause of these delays to ensure they address them effectively and prevent such occurrences.
We understand how important these payments are for you and your business. We are committed to ensuring that all outstanding payments are processed and that our communication with you is clear and timely moving forward."

I hate that phrase 'moving forward' but there's still some hope, I guess.

I remember same reaction back in July, Total scam

I replied to an email they sent me last week and got an autoreply saying that the email address was no longer monitored.
I am also looking for an alternative. When looking for reviews I noticed that most alternatives like 2checkout and Stripe have really bad ratings.

We've been a client of Cleverbridge for years and have had no complaints. Solid tech, good support, etc.

I've even referred a few folks who have been having issues with MyCommerce. They've gone live in <2 weeks and are happy with the switch. Happy to answer any questions.

What are the fees? When send the payouts? I don't see anything in his website. I assume the account is in EUR because they are located in Germany.

We have a C# SDK for licensing on our platform Moonbase.sh, if you need a full licensing solution that is tied into the e-commerce aspect!
Lots of benefits to integrating licensing and payments so that you can unlock some pretty impactful marketing strategies around trials and loyalty driven sales. Regardless of which platform you go with, our merchants have pretty good success rate doing this.
https://moonbase.sh
Modern software licensing platform with a JUCE module ready to go, along with e-commerce features built for selling audio plugins at scale.
I'm here to share the experience we have, with anyone trying to scale their business.
