Well it is possible to integrate hardware MPC as a Link slave using class compliant audio interface and 44.1Khz digital input on a capable ASIO soundcard. The alternative is the MPC in controller mode as UI for the MPC2 VSTInstrument.

Link has nothing to do with the operating system. I don‘t know any link enabled DAW which isn‘t cross platform. That allows you to link with your friends on the evil side…
