Hello all!
Fast Reports is here. We have the same problems. In July, we switched all the registrations to "Pay Pro Global", however, several tens of thousands of dollars "stuck" due to auto-renewals.
On October 9, I was in Cologne and tried to get to their office with an official letter from our lawyers. Administration of the office building say that DR does not contact them. We placed the letter to the Post Box of Digital River.

yet, we've already done the KYC. It seems like another way of not paying out.

Hi Team,
Regarding to the email you received for KYC for account verification we have forwarded this to our internal team for further assistance. For your July payment our support team is currently investigating the cause of these delays, we will keep you posted as soon as we receive an update coming from them.
Thank you.

Many of us have read that contract that takes effect on the 16th.
I'd suggest read it again just before it takes effect in case they've changed some wording in the contract that allows them pay on the 31st November or something silly (31st Nov never happens)

I've had a reply from "The Register" news site who are looking into it, so hopefully they will expose them.
please fill out their contact form on their website. This site is seen daily by millions, it may help.

Also affected by this. I've been with ShareIt since 2005 and never thought something like this could happen. I searched online for any news since things started going south, but sadly didn't find this forum. In retrospect, it's a problem we didn't have a dedicated user group somewhere, like on reddit or somewhere else. Collectively we would be wiser and pull out sooner, leaving less money for them to hold.
I've created a post on Hacker News, so if you please upvote it will have higher chances of getting some visibilty.

Although I'm not sure it will help with anything, but there are maybe still vendors accepting orders through them, believing official MyCommerce communication that it's just a change in contract terms and funds will be paid, just a bit later.
