Yes, I plan to refund all the latest orders.
Yeah I don't think MyCommerce will allow you to, as they have to approve it. but the way around would be to ask the end user/client to ask for refund.
or maybe just do one at a time each day so it doesn't look suspect. also, they have an extra charge now for refunds in the new T & C's. (yep they thought of everything and obviously planned it all)

I think (your) clients should ask their bank to revert the withdrawal by DR. Usually can only be done within 30 days, but they have no valid grounds to do so.

NB: the executor of the liquidation has done it before. So likely this is well prepared, and within legal possibilities. They can eg create a SPE which goes into virtual debt, all legal.

Hello All,

I have a question to the topic starter - can you please publish email to join the potential lawsuite?

We had pretty bad situation - over 40K.

TOTAL BALANCE EUR --.-- --.-- 40,XXX.XX

My 2 cents - as it was mentioned above or in the other thread, DR can accumulate up to 60 monthly revenues for 3 months of stopped payouts, so it is like 150-200MM.

If this is a fraud (like Wisecard), money are being stealing right now - I mean, transferred by banks to some accounts with fake invoices, etc, and then beneficiars will fly away.

Let's use the 6 handshakes rule and try to reach somebody who pushed to investigate the similar scandals, like Wisecard - Fabio De Masi, Lisa Paus, etc?

Regards,
Alex

I've just issued a few refunds and am waiting for confirmation from them. I indicated it was due to customer having problems with the product.

Please let us know. Is DR making the refunds?

That's defo the wrong and most likely not working way. The Amtsgericht isn't a social media account you can or should harass.

Instead inform yourself about this legal route first: https://www.verbraucherzentrale.de/wiss ... geld-31119

No English version, of course.

The Amtsgericht Köln is the supervisory body since the company is registered there.
If there's suspected commercial fraud and delay in insolvency the Amtsgericht Köln is the authority in charge.

Better ask your lawyer, Peter.

Yeah,Digital River parent is held by Danube Private Holdings II, LLC who is owned by Siris Capital. https://www.lawinsider.com/contracts/kqStqQknLMt

Those arselickers at Siris have plenty of money, but they won't give it up easily. Perhaps the only way you'll likely ever get at it would be to sue in the U.S. and try to pierce the corporate veil. Go that route with a good enough lawyer, and they'd settle to avoid discovery, in my opinion because they are likely guilty as sin ... or they wouldn't set up so many shell companies to hide their culpability. Good luck.
