It's not a bad idea to download a copy of all these contracts asasp (for us who still see them). I'm beyond trusting them they'll not modify or delete any of them.

Ouch. It's also a good idea to export any orders/sales report we have for the months we were not paid.

I guess the reason why I can't see the contract library. I've deactivated all products and sent cancellation of my contract.

How did you sent cancellation? Through support ticket? I sent one about 10 days ago but didn't hear anything except generic answers. It didn't occur to me to deactivate products, I'll do that as well now.

By Solution Center and email. By email I requested MDN and DSN. I even got an email about that the email was read.

Yep, contract library is gone for us, too. Startpage suddenly is laid out to "get started". But years of payment reports are still available. It really is almost funny.

I'm planning answer something like:
"YOU HAVE ALL THIS INFORMATION ALREADY CHECKED MULTIPLE TIMES!
SHUT UP AND URGENTLY PAY US THE MONEY YOU HAVE BEEN ILLEGALLY WITHHOLDING FOR MORE THAN THREE MONTHS!"

I posted information to Computer Weekly editors on their contacts page, but not sure if the web page actually worked (no acknowledgement). I thought of them because back in 2009 they investigated the 'Horizon scandal' in the UK; a story of the Post Office prosecuting and bankrupting hundreds of small shop owners on the basis of data from a faulty accounting system (Horizon) installed in their Post Offices. They may be interested to follow up on our story and do some digging amongst their sources. Perhaps a couple more people here could try contacting them.
