There were problems with the UI of these effects on Windows, but in the release 3.1.1 this is fixed.

The effects are applied at the final stage of the instrument, thus, if you intend to compress, use a dedicated compressor because the Geonkick compressor is compressing only the waveform, not a really compressor. Probably in the feature this effect will be removed, because I don't know if it is used.

Best! Thanks

Hi, good job with this plugin. It seems very interesting but I can't use it on my DAW. VST3 binary is not making a sound. I'm using Studio One and each time I've tried to use it, the audio fails. I can inspect the intterface but nothing else.
Is there any LV2>VST adapter?
I know Polac adapters support ladspa, but I can't find a LV2 bridge anywhere.

I've also loaded Geonkick in Jeskola Buzz using the Polac Adapter and neither LV2 or VST3 load as expected. I can hear a sinwave sounding, but I don't get GUI or even parameters. Something's not fine.

Yes, the interface is a little buggy. Yes, not very convenient controls.
But this is an amazing plugin)
It is much more functional than Kick 2 and is free.
Thanks to the developer and I'm waiting for bugs to be corrected.

Looks like there will be an update coming soon.
Now each of the three oscillators can be used as noise oscillators. And turn the phase, apparently.

No, Geonkick for now donot have a. infrastructure to make possible upgrades or subscriptions. The project is just selling built, ready to run binary of Geonkick. It will sell the current binary at 15$ and older ones at lower price10$ for those who want to wait, and maybe for very older ones will be offered for free as free beer (but this last case is not decided yet). Alternately, since Geonkick is Free Software (or open source), you can download the source code, setup the environment on your machine, configure, build the binary and do whatever you like with it.

But do you understand that this makes Geonkick cost more in the long run than any other similar software, even though it claims to be “free”?

I don´t think that most people (including me) know how to build this...

My intention is not to question your freedom to do what you want with your software, but to point out details that you may not have considered.

Anyway, thanks for the time Geonkick was really free.

I agree, I also have no idea what to do with the source code.
I didn't expect the new version to be paid.

So if I buy 3.5 now, the day it's get updated to 3.6, I will have to pay again 15$ and for 3.7 again etc. ?
