Hi
I've been looking for a replacement for my (very!) old Steinberg LM-4 MkII and I think I may have found it. Speedrum 2 looks excellent - if a little overfeatured (and therefore overpriced) for what I'm after. Nevertheless I'm playing with it and may well purchase it (does anyone know if there might be any offers on pricing coming up?).
A question, though:
I'm trying to find a way to increase the length of a snare roll that I've imported. I assumed I could use the slicer to extract a portion of the sample and then paste that same portion into the sample several times, but I haven't found a way to do that. Is it possible? I don't want to stretch it because I want to keep the pitch and timing of the roll the same.
Thanks.

There will be some discount for Black Friday.W1tchseason wrote: Sun Oct 20, 2024 1:10 pm ...does anyone know if there might be any offers on pricing coming up?
There can be only one sample in a layer, with the possibility of using only a part (trim).W1tchseason wrote: Sun Oct 20, 2024 1:10 pm A question, though:

Maybe extend the sample in a separate editor (like Audacity or Ocenaudio).
