FYI: If you select the 1€ deal, you'll receive Sample Tank 4 (not the Max version). About 90 gigs in sounds if I got it right. ST 4 Max is included in the full bundle only (27,23€).

Good for you, here with max v2 and a not-stellar connection the Product Manager is showing all of its limits. Sometimes downloading just hangs, and stays forever stuck.
Then, when I'm lucky Pause/Resume unfreezes the download. Otherwise, I have to cancel and start over again. It happens more often with files over 3/4 GB - luckily there are few.

But this definitely shouldn't happen, not expected from IK Multimedia (which I didn't know very well TBH)...

My connection isn't "pro" at all. I'm running my smartphone as a mobile hotspot at the moment. The average d/l is 0.9 MB/s.

However, I know these problems too well when using the Softube Central app. So you're not alone from a wider perspective ...

Some downloads just failed badly.
After relaunching the app, some are shown uninstalled, with 0 go left to download, can't seem to resume or restart the installation.
While some other just never start, like Sampletron, everytime it stays stuck on "Install starting. please wait"
Any idea how to fix that ?

Very similar here, sampletron does not download. And yes also to issues similar to what you reported. Don't know how to fix.... I'm keeping the setup files at hand in case I want to reinstall from scratch. But, for those library that don't download successfully I have no solution other than working on it with a friend that has purchased as well. Some work for him, example LA confidential and London Grooves. But we're both stuck on sampletron

Clicking on your account name in the manager and then "clear download cache" seems to fix most of the issues. Someone reported on IK forums that the only bugs left were Sampletron 2 and The Code 2 (And I think I'll have the same issue, will report after I finished to install all the previous broken downloads that were fixed)

I'm around 3/4 MB/s, so not so bad. The real issue is the download lockups. If I leave hours tha PC alone I could discover that it's stuck since hours. Then I pause/resume and it goes on. A bit of PITA - if you ask me...

Meanwhile, I had some lockups as well but resuming always worked. *fingers crossed*

But like you I wouldn't run the d/l overnight due to the reason you mentioned.

Sure the servers must be under pressure... that doesn't make a valid excuse for the fact that Product Manager is not handling that properly.

Downloading sounds from the IK Site? I managed to do the opposite: downloading the applications. Not sure the sounds are available at all on the website, even in the user area...

The sounds of the Max package are not available for d/l in the user area. There's only the Humble Logo.

The "normal" ST 4 however offers individual downloads (see image). But it doesn't make sense to touch them when you purchased the Max version.

Not Max as a package, but some other individual ones are there such as Sampletron 2.
Some people here said that was one of them that wasn't downloading correctly.

EDIT: Actually, I just checked again and can see Sampletank 4 Max in my account, but I got it through the Total Studio Max 3.5 deal a few years ago.

Aaaah ... that's why we HumbleB clients don't see the SampleTron d/l like you do in yr account.

But we see it in the Product Manager app.

Downloaded a couple of sound banks in the meantime. Good stuff, absolutely worth the purchase (considering the price tag).

Even if you're covered with enough sounds already (me haz Komplete Ultimate 14, Falcon and Live Suite to name a few resources) it adds to the arsenal. Multitimbral VSTis aren't available at every gas station ...

The troubles referring to the d/l are neglectable (2ct). The installation itself is flawless and the user account accepts passwords in case you read the instructions carefully. *wink*

Is anyone who had Sampletank MAX v1 having trouble finding all of the incremental V2 content with the Humble Bundle? Max V2 is supposed to have all 34 Syntronik libraries (an additional 12 from V1), but they aren't showing up at all for me in IK Product Manager. I see the Tier 4 Humble Bundle, but can't find those Syntronik libraries, which is the main reason I paid the $30 in the first place.

I tried unauthorizing and reauthing, clearing the cache, and refreshing. If I redownload something from scratch will it work? I already had all of the V1 content on my SSD.
