SampleTank 4 MAX v2

Is anyone who had Sampletank MAX v1 having trouble finding all of the incremental V2 content with the Humble Bundle? Max V2 is supposed to have all 34 Syntronik libraries (an additional 12 from V1), but they aren't showing up at all for me in IK Product Manager. I see the Tier 4 Humble Bundle, but can't find those Syntronik libraries, which is the main reason I paid the $30 in the first place.

As IK seems to be deleting posts on its forum about missing libraries, claiming it's a "tech support issue", it looks as though the best thing to do is engage with the lottery that is IK tech support.

I'm guessing there's a bit of a disconnect between management decisions and what the support people have to do to make this work, which means a bunch of libraries are missing from the installer, and tech support winds up getting deluged with problems because management doesn't like the bad PR of people pointing out they're having trouble online so tries to funnel everything through tech support when a forum post to say "we're looking into this" would save them so much trouble.

Thank you for the reply. I did file a ticket more than a day ago, but no response so far... Perhaps they haven't figured it out yet themselves. Frustrating, but hopefully they'll deliver soon.

What is a WISH version ? Is this the same content as the stuff sold from IK ? Same samples ?

I see Syntronik, but it's a mess between v1 and v2.
I am collecting all issues and will send a support request; for example, Miroslav complete - not CE - is not registered, and some Syntronik libraries appear with padlock while the product manager doesn't show them at all.

Starting to wonder if it's worth the hassle and feeling the pain for who pays full price for this.

I think it's kind of a joke type of deal. For instance when you buy a Jupiter emulation, you wish for it to be so great...and hopes are high, but then you get it, and it's not all that.

I think it's about the Wish online purchase platform, which is somehow known for suboptimal goods quality (I can't tell if this reputation is justified or not).

I picked up the Humble bundle as it was cheap enough to get all this content. Having issues downloading Sampletron V2 and Miroslav Full version. I’ve contacted support, but they weren’t very helpful yet.

No luck for SampleTron. I haven’t tried Miroslav Full even though it shows up in the installer app; I am not particularly interested.

I downloaded mirosalv full from the website and installed it from the zips. It installs but sampletank says it's not authorized and the plugin only recognises CE version (not the full one) as authorized. Trying to authorize with the own authorization managers fails... Online mode says there's no internet available and offline mode says there's no need to authorize since it's in the humble bundle... Sampletron and the code 2 don't download and there's a mess in synthronik installing procedure between v1 and V2. Soon raising one or more support requests...

I've checked out many different forums, where this seems to be a constant issue and tons of complaints with IK and their Product Manager ! I'm really surprised they haven't fixed this after so many years of these on going issues.

Anyone with Sampletron V2 willing to post the files somehow, since IK tech support , is one of the worst in the business. I've basically asked them for links to download the files, since their Product Manager sucks so bad, and they've went silent, they said they're working on the issue, but as you can see, from years of complaints, the issues still here.

This is how they treat customers who buy their products, they're beyond terrible.

It shows up for me on the IK website when I login, but I didn’t get it through Humble Bundle.

Thanks for confirming, I’m not sure why the Ik tech support ( geniuses ) can’t seem to figure this out.
I’ve explained it to them that all they need to do is manually update our accounts, or send us direct links for Sampletron v2 , but they keep trying to tell me to log in and log out of the Ik product manager.

This is becoming increasingly frustrating dealing with incompetent tech support.

My libraries seem to have appeared now! I'm downloading now and will check the installs when it completes. I just wanted to follow-up.
