Sounds like a distorted/vocoded theremin, maybe mixed with a voice.

Most artists just grab a patch that sounds good without all the obsessing that us sound designers engage in.
So with that in mind, my guess is it's most likely just a vocal sample from a 3rd party Kontakt lib.

Innumerable ways of doing that.
1. vocal sample on a sampler that can play legato.
2. Any synth that has formant filters and/or vowel oscillators - this one sounded mostly like oohs and aahs
3. As already mentioned - a theremin type patch. Shedloads of synths have presets similar and tweak it a little bit
4. Real vocals butchered by vocal FX.
