Well done lads this one is sounding rather f***ing amazing. Don’t listen to jibber jabber about copy protection, nobody cares. This thing worth way more than 10quid (they could have gone iLok and sell it for £99, easily, so stop moaning end enjoy the silence)

Very true words.
You can be creative in any right place on Earth, and not only in the wealthiest cities. Bring the world feelings from everywhere, and not only feelings of capitalistic or jail environment.

Great update. Just an incredible sound to it. I remember some people saying this didn’t sound “authentic” early on in this thread and I had to laugh.

can anyone give me a copy of the Mirage library in Amiga format?

It was mentioned with Amigo first cam eout but it seems the link isn't working anymore?

archive.org is still reeling from an extremely high profile DDoS. It may be some time before archive.org is fully back.

ouch, thanks, I'll keep trying.

This is great. One nice addition for me would be a 'steal same key' on or off so in poly mode it didn't retrigger on the same key press when turned off.

thanks, unfortunately when I opened the windows version of the files they are corrupted, the file type is either simply "file" or the same as the file name.

Did you try browsing and loading them in Amigo? I didn't know what these samples were, but I wanted to check them out. I'm on Windows as well, and yes, the file type is just 'file' in Explorer. However, in Amigo, they load and play just fine. It recognizes the format and loads without any issues.

Yes this is correct (and is indeed the same collection that I linked above from archive.org ) - Amiga software generally relied on reading the file header rather than looking at the file extension, so despite not having any extension these are infact .iff/8vsx files that can be loaded into Amigo. Just open the VST, click the 'Load' abpve the top right of the blank wave form and navigate to where you've unzipped the above .zip. You should hear them previewed when you click any of the samples.

hi thanks for this. When I try "load" it tells me there are no files and I can see it's looking for the 8vsx file types amongst others.

I have, however been able to drag and drop those files in the format XX with a file type of "file", but not ones that come up as "._ZZ" with a file type of ZZ (ie same as preset name.) Odd.

I've downloaded the zip file twice now and both show the same contents after unzipping.

The ones starting with '.' are a Mac thing (think it contains the metadata for the same-named file but without the dot) and can be deleted for us Windows folk

ok, thanks. I wonder why Amigo is not picking up anything when I try load but does work when I grag and drop the file.

anyway, thanks for your replies, I'll clear out the . files.
