10 years ago, iZotope and BT combined creative forces to make BreakTweaker, revolutionizing the way you sculpt and develop rhythms. Interesting. I don’t own a license for the original; I never caved for one of the ridiculous deals from Izotope. I don’t think Iris is a BT thing, but if he picks up semi-abandonware and makes it better with support I am all for it.

BT owns the BreakTweaker patents, so it’s his IP unlike other abandoned plugs

Both were "free with purchase" at Plugin Boutique in the past.
So for the price of a three dollar sound library, it was easy to "cave".

Breaktweaker 1 had a pretty good factory library of WAVs. That was always worth ten bucks.

We know nothing whatsoever about v2 other than it will apparently exist. A bit premature for this sort of question.

interesting.. both Michael Hetrick and Joshua Dickinson from Unfiltered Audio are part of the development team. could be interesting with them on board. they're both quite smart and creative people with work ethics to match. will have to keep an eye out on what breaktweaker 2 turns into.
