Because you can make a single band version out of every MB plugin by deleting bands.

Obviously not, if you dont have the MB version.

And also contraindicated on basis that most of the other 'classic effect' style plugins that Melda do have been available as single-band versions for 10+ years.

Sure, but why should they add a single band version of all their plugins to their free bundle? This just doesn't make sense from a business perspective. The free bundle already contains 38 plugins.

I'll have to check it out. Looks like it has a proper resonant filter inside the feedback for dub delays - still amazes me how many delays don't do this even today, or only allow an LFO over the filter or some other stricture that stops it from doing classic dub. It's a bit workmanlike but I quite like their GUIs - very easy on the eye IMO. Thanks for the heads-up

well, firstly, the fully-featured version of the 'free' bundle is now £40. the feature-restricted demo version is free, but you have to pay to get full functionality.
secondly who said it had to be added to the free bundle?
thirdly, by your argument, why add anything to their free bundle?
fourthly,well they literally just added another one, that's what the thread is about ,and they've already added quite a few so your 'sense from a business perspective' is already undermined 20-odd times over.
