Looking for a multi temporal midi sequencer (plugin or DAW)

Hello,
I'm looking for a multitemporal midi sequencer in software format, do they exists?
By multi temporal I mean a sequencer that can run two sequences at different bpms at the same time. IE: Sequence A runs at 120 bpm and Sequence B runs at 124 bpm, together with sequence A.
I know that there hardware solutions but I was hoping for a software one.
Thanks in advance

So that's the official term?... MultiTemporal?... sounds medical... Anyways SVArTracker does this but not in BPMs but fractional '1' is normal, '2' is double so any fraction thereof is what it is '1.426' etc... can be done on a single pattern of a stack of 'repeats'-
As on bottom of image-

And that's a Tracker from 2008...

OK then I learned a new (old) term... I didn't think it was gonna be what you were looking for but it is 'Multi-Temporal' & it does exist & more impressively it's 16 years old... SVAr does a number of clever things nothing else does like drawing as many curves for as many VSTi-VST params for automation & then packing these up into a 'cell' that has a unique command ### then you just place that anywhere you wanna play them out...

If your use case was using multiple MIDI sequencer plugins at different tempos, with each driving a different synth or whatever, then Bidule could host them and run them all at different tempos. ( It has a very simple step sequencer of its own but Bidule is more of a modular environment than a DAW. )
Since you can link any plugin parameters together, you can easily set it up for them to stop/start etc all at the same time.
I think you can also run different 'Composer' modules within MuLab (plugin or DAW version), each with its own tempo scale relative to the tempo of the MuLab instance.

An idiot on Set Theory:
"In some cases there is an object called red that contains everything that is red. In much the same way a pot is a plate."

Thank you, Bidule is kind of hardcore, I used to program MAX/MSP a bit and I'm sure can you can do it there but I was looking something with a more immediate GUI to use.
Studio Vision was to be able do it eons ago, in Logic you can sort of do it by locking a region to smpte and then change the project tempo, but it's tricky to say the least

Loomer architect , still in (verry stable ) beta but totally worth it , the included stepsequencers and clip launcher alone are are worth the asking price .

Mutools indeed...
Or maybe check brain modular usine, which is more live performance oriented...

I think most polyrhythmic / syncopated stuff is done at the composer level.
for example, pick a meter and then just do it.
if you want to combine and switch or mix 6/4 and 4/4 then start out with 12/4 or something like that.
another technique is to start out with tempo 1, then freeze it to audio, then overdub at tempo 2, ect.
also, last but not least, doing wierd things with arpeggiators can help too. some VSTi's have a built in arpeggiator, other's dont, and the quality and characteristics varies a little.
do a keyword search for "arp" at plugins4free.com to help get you started.

Been getting ready to do a tune in SVArTracker & could not remember the moniker 'Multi-Temporal' until I searched this thread back out...
OK testing using short patterns works pretty good manipulating the 'Multi-Temporal' patterns... Only the timing changes, the pitches remain the same so it's pro...
'1' is default speed for every pattern unless you change it... If you go .5 then it's played twice as fast, .66666 results in a triplet of the pattern... You can go up to a '2'...
Combining this with just being able to input 'repeats' of patterns creates necessary blocks for the song... When you input the repeats the number of them shows up right there in the pattern...
Pretty slick for 2008>>>

Last nite I made a squelchy 303 kinda bass in old Klangformer beta (2002)... So this morning was mucking about using SVArTracker's multi-temporal patterns feature plus a few quick & dirty use of the Effect Processor...
