Hmm, interesting. Maybe these emails are also related to support portal activities and/or refunds. I didn't do anything.

Post

I wouldn't try to find some hidden logic here. It's possible that payouts were spread through multiple days even in best times, maybe their bank has rate limit.

These emails could be indeed somehow related to portal activities. I have multiple accounts and I received only single payment notification. I just checked and multiple notifications were always sent at the same time in the past (few minutes apart). Today only single notification was delivered and 2 notifications were supposed to be sent for July. Notifications are also not related to 10K limit which was introduced with new MSA for non-SEPA countries since July and August payments are supposed to be processed under old MSA. Btw, I requested cancellation for all accounts.

Post

Ironically, the last portal activity was them telling me my money was frozen for 180 days, following the termination of my account (which I requested end of September).

The MyCommerce system is just running in auto mode now, with no one in charge. Emails are sent as scheduled, refunds processed, orders processed, etc. But no payouts will be done anymore. The reply from support are all automatic AI crap with fake names as no one is left there to work at DR.

I thought something like that too. But what criteria is it using to decide who gets the payout email and who doeasn't. I didn't get it. I'm not worthy :)

Whatever it's in their system... whatever publisher list they have. At some point, something will go wrong, technical issue or whatever and no one will be there to fix it.

Wait one more day and see if the money being paid. We usually receive the money in two days after receiving the payment notification.

Don't know what's going on here... but we actually got the payment for July today, via a bank wire transfer. Only the July payment amount. I hope everyone else will also get paid asap. Please note that we did NOT receive any notification via e-mail or else that we would get the money.

Post

No email here, nothing...

Post

We received the payment now for July sales via Wire Transfer! Only the one that received the payment notification. The others waiting for KYC are not paid yet.

Post

We didn't got the wire transfer till now.

It would be interesting to know from those who received the payment whether they made refunds, contacted support, passed KYC in recent months, and also whether the payment amount corresponds to the old or new withdrawal limits?

1. We only process refund based on customer request.

2. Yes. The only account we received the July payment passed the KYC three months ago.

3. Yes. We contacted the support multiple times and the amount was more than 10K.

P.S. We did not receive the money for two other accounts, who need KYC when logging in the control panel.
