Does someone know where the wire transfer comes from? It is not clear for me how our money is moved around between the companies below:

Just checked the details and I can confirm mine is from Digital River GmbH.

Same here, money arrived at the bank today. This is July payment for single account. Digital River GmbH.

Second account which was also supposed to receive July payment accordingly to July statement which was received in August did not receive notification/money.

If I was writing software for DR I would not deliver payment for vendor when he does not currently have at least that amount of funds in his account and they are doing exactly this since most orders are refunded there is not enough money for this transfer to be made and they still made it so they are obviously not checking account balance at all prior sending money.

I will probably decline this and return amount back to DR so they can proceed with closing the accounts.

Oh, really important point, did anyone from countries outside of EU/US receive the payment? I am outside these countries, no refunds, no support requests and no notification of payment and money:)

Received payment notification but no actual payment yet this morning (keep monitoring our account).

German vendor, requested to terminate account end of September, have refunded 75% of our Jul/Aug/Sep orders.

To those how have actually received the July payment, are your accounts still active, or have any of you terminated their accounts as we did (and received the info that payments will be suspended for 180 days)?

Today we received the July payment to our Swedish bank account. We never closed our mycommerce account but pulled the products from sale in mid September. The KYC validation was sent in June.

We are in EU, the Netherlands,Here also no payment,no email, two support cases on hold and no reaction from DR for 3 weeks

Oh, by the way, this morning I also received a reply to my support ticket from early October where I complained about the overdue July payment:

Thank you for the patience with this matter.

We received a confirmation from our accounting that your July payout should be credited within the next 5 - 7 business days.
