Reading this one could get the impression most people have been paid.

I have not. To those that have not been paid. Could you please like this comment or write one yourself. Just to get a feeling of how many people have been left out so far. OR is there a way to make a survey in this forum?

I haven't received the payment for July yet.

Asia, have NOT received July payment/notification.

You can do surveys but this needs a new thread (which isn't appropriate I guess).

Maybe it depends to which entity you're contracted. We're contracted to the Digital River GmbH Cologne (now Frankfurt) and received the July money. You?

Digital River GmbH, although I am an affiliate, but the vendor I am partnered with is US-based and is not paid and switching to other platform.

We have just been paid a moment ago (for July). So there's hope for all those devs who did not receive any payment yet.

Just found the quoted below on "the layoff" site (new post):

Where did you get this nonsense about bankruptcy? The management has secured additional funds and won several major lawsuits (such as the cases with Ericsson and AsusTek). The blocked funds from Kaspersky are also already unblocked. To attract financing, the legal department spent more than a month on KYC for old accounts, of which there are thousands. This caused delays in payments.
Considering the reduction in expenses, the company is more stable than ever and is onboarding new major players in the market.
Hmm...

Financial institutions live and die on customer's trust. I'm afraid trust is broken here, and it's not because of late payments. That could be tolerated if reasons were clearly communicated, with planned actions and expected timelines.

No, trust is broken because of complete lack of communication on DR part. If we were given reasonable explanations (Kaspersky related frozen funds, need to complete KYC to secure additional loans, etc), reasonable partner of 20 years could given them a benefit of a doubt.

If everything looks like a preparation for bankruptcy, that's no ones fault but Digital River's.

I absolutely agree. They should have informed all the companies which were affected about what is going on and how this affects the paymenty. But all of us were left in the dark about that.

I hope I will get the payment for the other months.
But trust in DR is completely gone and I will not reactivate my products there.

Well, we did our KYC last year, so it was valid even under their new (and unannounced) 2-year KYC policy some here mentioned earlier. Yet, we still haven't been paid. So missing KYC clearly isn't the root cause of the payment delays.

If "the company is more stable than ever", then why only pay for July? So far everyone here who posted about having received money just talked about July. August payments are due in two days.

Did anyone get paid for August? Unless that's the case, I won't get overly hopeful in regard to stability statements.

Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst is still the proper course of action currently as far as I'm concerned.
