I bought several soundpacks from them and the download link of one of their bundle was not linked correctly! No problem, but

I sent two emails, but they still ignoring them!

I also sent a message to them on Facebook, but got the answer, I have to write an email. lol.

Fine, I opened a case on PayPal, but they also ignoring it.

I wrote a review on their Facebook account, still no reaction from them.

BUT they posted a new soundpack and sent me a marketing message!

Their website is also horrible, several crashes, the search function is a joke and so on.

They still ignoring me and I had several other problems, too! Their shop don't show you double packs and because of the crashes I had to made my order several times again and again from beginning! I also got 3 download links for 1 pack and so on. The sounds I got are just okay.

I'll send them a registered letter now, if they also ignore it, I'll get my money back from PayPal.

Don't buy from Riemann Kollektion!
