This plugin is outstanding.
So many options and most of them sound good.
A ridiculously wide sweetspot.
Will companies please stop releasing fantastic plugins for 5 minutes.

Hmm.. that has not been my experience. I do wonder why the CPU meter goes way up in Logic (apple silicon) as soon as I open up the GUI.. (goes back down again upon closing the GUI). It seem to be (unnecessarily) hungry on recourses.Vortifex wrote: Mon Oct 28, 2024 2:40 pmCPU is impressively low. Even on my ageing system, with all the effects applied it was barely moving the needle.
And it seems there is no way to make the window wider to display all the fx units in the rack at once (like the picture in the OP).
The sound is great though. But curious behavior on CPU.

I find CPU usage to be fine on Apple Silicon with Live. However, the reverb unit does cause increased track load in Live when Plate or Hall is enabled. The FX window can be expanded with the 'expand' icon to the right of 'FX RACK' (It's not a single button).Morty-C-137 wrote: Tue Oct 29, 2024 5:52 amHmm.. that has not been my experience. Looks really cool, but chalk me up as another KVR'er who's trying to prevent the expansion of iLok reliant plugins in their system.

Just checked, that's not true. I have it activated on my Ilok stick and it opened and worked even when I turned the internet off before.thecontrolcentre wrote: Tue Oct 29, 2024 5:39 pmSeems to need users to be online in order to launch it too ...kritikon wrote: Sat Oct 26, 2024 6:51 pm Looks interesting, but a quick check - needs iLok. You only have to be online if you use Ilok cloud activation.

That's why you should use a dongle or computer activation in that case. Afaik process audio offer all 3 methods. Cloud should not be used In a professional live context.thecontrolcentre wrote: Tue Oct 29, 2024 8:41 pmThanks for clarifyingdermage wrote: Tue Oct 29, 2024 8:07 pm You only have to be online if you use Ilok cloud activation.![]()
Still not ideal if you want to use it for live shows.

Some people on here have WAAAAY too many plug ins ...pekbro wrote: Sat Oct 26, 2024 9:49 pmThat's true, anyway, it still leaves 1600 ish non-ilok plugins for me (or you) to choose from, kritikon wrote: Sat Oct 26, 2024 9:40 pm Well, I AM missing out on 475 plugins, but I don't miss what I don't/won't have.![]()

many of them stellar of course...![]()
I just happen to be a plugin super consumer I guess, there's not much in the way of DRM
that can prevent me from getting something I like, only affordability...
Just spent the last two night doing nothing but updating plugs

No doubt, though I for one, don't resell them and have been collecting them over 20 yrs.Constructed Identity wrote: Wed Oct 30, 2024 3:07 pmSome people on here have WAAAAY too many plug ins ...pekbro wrote: Sat Oct 26, 2024 9:49 pmThat's true, anyway, it still leaves 1600 ish non-ilok plugins for me (or you) to choose from, kritikon wrote: Sat Oct 26, 2024 9:40 pm Well, I AM missing out on 475 plugins, but I don't miss what I don't/won't have.![]()

The ability to add FX into the feedback loop is pretty cool. Bitwig has this but it's minimum delay time is decided by your audio buffer size.
The very very short delay times in this plug in look to be fairly unique and good for creating feedback. Almost hardware feedback sound.
I'm not sure which other plug ins can do this type of feedback as well.

it's going to get a lot of love from me.
i dare say Ripple will be included in my live sets in future. Yes it sounds great and the possibilities are rabbit hole worthy, but it also has a very stable audio engine free from unwanted artifacts. it feels solid to use.
almost wish i didn't demo this one

indeed it's very fun to work with and just watch it, the visuals affect results here for sure!sqigls wrote: Tue Nov 05, 2024 10:46 am it's going to get a lot of love from me.

possibly this will/can replace Replika XT from my template, which was a mainstay for 5+ years
