Which Windows Laptop to get for Audio / Video Production ?

I'm looking for a Windows laptop for Music and Video production.

Must have:
Dual nvme m.2 SSD ports ( each to support atleast 4TB )
Thunderbolt 4 that works with UA Apollo,
Onboard graphics card that will support 4K video editing,
Atleast 15" screen,
Good cooling without loud fans.
And if possible upgradeable ram.
Intel i9 or i7th: 12th, 11th or 10th generation CPU ( since 13th and newer are defective )
Excellent DPC performance.

Must be Windows, not a Mac.

get a computer with an advanced CPU because some of the newer ones now have specific instructions for audio and video.
i just found out about AVX2(?) X2AV(?) instructions I forget which it's called but it's supposed to make processing of audio or video much faster and more capable.

it's kinda like SSE instructions or CUDA maybe in an overgeneralised way.

I don't have a specific DAW recommendation, but generally I have resigned to only using Thinkpads. Not even other Lenovos, just core Thinkpads.

Right now I really like the AMD CPU equipped ones with 8 even cores (no efficiency cores).

Only if the software supports AVX512 and that's a very, very short list in audio terms.

I personally got a Yoga Pro 7 14AHP9, which has a very nice AMD Ryzen™ 7 8845HS.
The Ryzen CPUs do not overheat as much as the Intel CPUs and this particular generation doesn't have efficiency cores, which I assume would not be so ideal for DAWs (but nice for longer battery life - well, you gotta make compromises).

Does it have Thunderbolt ? Because I got a thunderbolt 3 Apollo interface and my buddy has 2 of them, when we record big sessions we daisy chain them together, I want that to work on windows laptop

High Data transfer speed is good, but for me it's very important to be able to connect Apollo Thunderbolt 3 interface
