After bundling the old, here comes the new! So excited to be back on the exploration/experimentation/innovation ride with wavetables :borg:  :phones:

Faxi Homecoming Wavetable Stash includes 200 high quality delicate morphing wavetables. Created in a unique fashion, using an in-house experimental application developed with ChatGPT. The wavetables and the final product were created LIVE on air during a Youtube session, exploring the application and the resulting wavetables with lots of variety and tonal exploration.

Every wavetable consists of 100 cycles seamlessly morphing from cycle to cycle, and each wavetable file is available with various frame sizes (64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048), ensuring compatibility with every wavetable synth that can load wave files. This includes Porphyra Hybrid, Serum, Kontakt, Codex, Surge, Ableton Live, Dune 2 & 3, Defiant WT, Reaktor, MUX Modular, KV331 Audio SynthMaster, VCV Seven Seas, Vital, Eurorack modules, hardware synths and many others. Just load these up in your favorite synth and explore!

Ocean Swift are known for our wavetables. Some of our wavetables have been featured as factory content in leading synths such as Native Instruments Kontakt, UVI Falcon, Native Instrument Conflux, Ocean Swift Enterprise, Polyphenom, Defiant WT, and Porphyra Hybrid, making our wavetable collections must-haves for any serious sound designer or music producer.

See the process how these were created ->

Yes this is brand new and not included in the other big stash (that one bundles our wavetable packs from 2016-2020)!

As I am exploring a lot of AI lately, when Open AI released the Canvas update and I wanted to try it out a bit, I had the idea of using that Python library for wavetables that I love and build on my previous knowledge and experience with wavetables to try to build an app with it, without coding.

The main end goal other than the AI coding experiment, was to prepare additional cool wavetables for updates to our Porphyra synth.

I have been posting some live sessions of that process as I was going, and in the final video was creating this small product live during the session.

Nice- I've grabbed these ones too. Really like the stuff in Falcon BTW :)

Nice one thanks!

Slightly confused as to how to get these working properly with say Serum. Most load correctly but are very glitchy. I'm loading them via the browser, is it better to drop them in directly and select FFT size based on the tables length?

But loving the formanty stuff- great for the sort of FM I like doing.

Hey, see the comment here by yellomix regarding Serum, this should sort you out:
viewtopic.php?t=615331

"If you use Serum, it helps if you add a FolderInfo.txt file to each folder with 2048-sample waves. Inside the text file should be a single line [2048]. This tells Serum to read the WAV files as 2048-samples per wave. Similarly, for say 512-sample WAVs you'd have the line [512]. This is necessary since Serum expect 256 waves and most here are 100 long."
