We have not received July, August or September payments.
We have not got September statement.
It is ok because in October we have refunded every single order since 1st of July. The refunds have been reflected in the customer's bank statements.
In three weeks we were able to get 50% of the old customers to return and buy again with 20% discount from the new payment provider (PayPro Global).
It seems like you will not receive payments, statements or emails If your account is in a state where you can't see snapshot on the front page and there is no contracts menu.
The account may go in inactive state if you have asked for closing it or deleted all products there.

July period payment received on 29th and September period statement revceived today;
But still no payment for the August period although they yesterday promised this one will come "today or tomorrow" (so 30th or 31st) - so probably was looking forward too early...

No report for September (also checked on the panel, not just email) & no payment for July.
I haven't done any refunds, but did send request to terminate agreement in the end of September.
All my support cases were marked resolved a couple of days ago... and today I see all but one disappeared from the support page, or at least I can't find them. Fortunately I was saving them all after each reply.

Same for me. They just deleted 4 of my 5 support cases. Including the "when are my payments going to arrive" one and the one asking for the validity of my KYC. They did not just close them (which they did before) but removed them from the system. Edit: I just rechecked and the links work again. Must have been a glitch. And I missed that you can delete the filters on the case list. When doing so they appear. They just have been closed after a single day without my consent and without being resolved.

I don't understand. Did you receive payment for July even after terminating the contract with them? When did you switch to PayPro Global? We are still waiting for July and August and 1st week of September payments and for the payment report for September. We got nothing.

Yes, we got this one too. I think its a provisional / preliminary statement including the new fees.
Not an invoice.
The final statement (minus eventual chargebacks / returns) then again will come on the 30th.

Yup, just received an invoice for October from these clowns in which they charge their platform fee + an exorbitant amount for some pseudo AI based support that led us nowhere. Filled out the KYC documents although this shouldn't have been required at all (the last one was in May 2022). Still no money for July, August or September. I am pissed.

By the way, does anyone know how to understand what exactly is included in this line "Fees for additional services -28.24 USD".
I didn't contact support, and as I understand it, first-level support is free. If this is a chargeback penalty, then the value should be without cents, like $20, $40.

They can create support cases themselves (I had one of those open and closed it). Perhaps this is the reason, or it is a glitch. What I can say for sure is that those AI (or copy/paste) answers are not free, because we also got charged.
