They could easily block the refund button. Also, when you did a refund it didn't refund immediately. It said that it would be reviewed. Probably an automatic review rather than a manual one but it gives the impression that they could easily block that review making it a manual review if necessary.
In any case there'd be no need to block the whole control panel.
Also, their contract says that if an account is closed then access to reports etc will still be permitted.
So closing an account shouldn't be the cause of the Login block either.
So the login block must have some other purpose - unless it's just somebody in DR who hasn't really thought about it.
Or maybe they just want loads of people now to go to Solution Centre to have a Chat with AI at $185/h. Ka-Ching$$$

Depending on who is still in the company, they might have limited knowledge and means to only block full access, and and not the subsection of it. It's also questionable to what extent they can limit automatic processes without affecting everything else still running.
I wonder whether API is blocked as well? Since there's API for refunds. Just saying.

Yesterday I asked them to close our account and now we also cannot enter it anymore ("Sorry, your Control Panel access is currently not active!"). After few tries message is "Your account has been locked for 30 minutes". What a mess...

They probably now realize merchants are refunding en masse and start closing accounts. What a mess they have!
As for me, I didn't make refunds, received payment for July, and have access to the portal open (for now?).

I am no longer allowed to access my account.
We have refunded practically all the purchases made in July and August. Of course, we have not received any payment but only an invoice with no data for a possible payment.
In Italy we have to pay invoices only if they arrive through a government center that manages incoming and outgoing invoicing. Everything else is just useless sheets of paper.

The email from DR containing the invoice. Why don't you reply by email to that address asking them to "Offset" that latest invoice amount against the invoices they generated for themselves in July and August. Include invoice numbers so they know exactly what you mean.Stefano Daino wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2024 10:16 am I am no longer allowed to access my account.

Would be interesting to know what they do. Do they offset? or do they demand payment even though they will not pay you.

For me the decisive question is: will DR come back and normalize again after these times of troubles, or is DR done? Will we finally get all earned money somewhen or is most of it lost?
IF they really pay (as promised!) the August period revenue within the next let's say 3 days then I see a chance - if not this would be a sign for me that they're done

Anyone read that book where there's a "Bank Run" and the way that bank resisted the run was by paying out lots of people and basically ignoring the situation.
All these payouts DR made for July - although not to everyone - are they just intended to "Stop The Run"?
In case you don't know what a bank run is. See here
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bank_run
DR are not a bank but the same theory applies in that they don't want everyone to bale out at the same time.

For those who still can log in:
Make sure that you dump not only your sales, but also your contracts and all communication with support. You might need this as a proof when it goes to court.
Someone reported on another website that contracts magically 'vanished' some weeks ago and were 'auto-replaced' and 'future-auto-signed' with 6.3. I can confirm this and made screenshots and dumps as a proof.
You still can view the old ones by altering the 'version=6.3' in the URL with
version=5.0
version=6.0
version=6.1
version=6.2
When you scroll down in contract 6.0, 6.1 and 6.2 there also a blue button visible where you still can 'accept the contract'. Interesting...

- Only did a few refunds for normal issues
- Logged less than 1 hour in the support
