Any Way To Turn This Off In Cubase?

When you're working with the object selection tool in Cubase, it has this COMPLETELY ANNOYING feature where when you come to the line between two clips, it turns into a clip size tool.

I'm constantly just trying to select clips and it's turning into a clip size tool and messing things up.

Is there any way to lock the object selection tool as an object selection tool ONLY. I don't want it changing into some other type of tool.

Once you're on a track use the left and right arrow keys to move between the parts instead?

Or just click less close to the edge
