Wavetables where scanning through the wavetables changes the start phase of the oscillator

Are there any?
I want these to load in ableton wavetable, since this synths does not allow to change the start phase, like, for example, serum allows.

I just need a square and a saw wavetable that allows me to do this so i that can get free running oscillator feel in ableton wavetable.

You can make your own in Serum. In the wavetable editor next to the horizontal grid size are two arrows, left and right. They'll shift the wave according to the grid size, up to 64 partitions. So you can do it to any waveform.
