I suspect this will be another one with absolutely ridiculous value for money. Behringer said they were going to start branching out a bit more from their classic synth emulation shtick, and IMO are showing they can put out some really interesting stuff. This set of wee synths could put together a powerful little setup for not much outlay.

The ladder filters don't make me go ooh, but Spice really tempts me with the sequencer stuff. Not too big & out there to put me off with the full modular stuff, but enough flexibility to open up a lot of options. I guess the technoheads will love this as it looks like it should be able to pump out shitloads of bass despite the ladder filters. 2 subs per osc is adorable overkill that I have to applaud

Looks like their take on the Moog Subharmonicon - with decent sized knobs!

I'm sold on it (see particularly the incredible piece from 11:30 on the Spice Walkthrough video). I aim to pair it with my two Craves, and soon to buy SY-1 Syncussion, for some experimental fun.
