Randomly add loops from folders to channels synced with Link?

Is there a Mac standalone app that can randomly add loops from folders to separate channels and keep it all synced with Link?

This could probably be done with Max for Live, but I'm trying to figure out if there's anything ready made.
Maybe a soundboard type app even does this, but not sure about those, or if any have Ableton link.
