Has anyone received a payment without completing KYC?
Digital River requested that we renew our KYC in early October, but we haven’t completed the renewal.
We didn't receive any of the payment yet (both July and Aug).

I have filled in KYC immediately when I received the request, a month ago. They confirmed they got it via support message. I have not received July payment and haven't received summary for September. I opened my last support case 7 days ago asking for the payment and the missing summary... they put it on hold the same day. I have requested account termination on Sept 24th, haven't done any refunds. Based in the EU, less than 10k.

I completed the KYC twice in september and october. A few days ago they said the KYC was completed and the payout hold was removed.
But I haven't received any payment, not for July or August. My account is still open. Less than 10k but that limit was only since 16th October I think?
edit: I'm in the EU so that's a payment inside SEPA which has a payout limit of 2500 USD.

August period payment just received too (!) - but without notification email (checked the bank account since someone else said they had received money). Fyi, we did no refunds and account not terminated.
So they're nevertheless not bankrupt? Were these all made-up stories?

I haven't seen any evidence that they are bankrupt. Just that they haven't paid most people in over 3 months and they've layed off nearly all staff. Make of that what you will.sft234 wrote: Mon Nov 11, 2024 4:13 pm August period payment just received too (!) - but without notification email (checked the bank account since someone else said they had received money). Well, I'm referring to what some claimed based on "internal infos" on "the layoff":
https://www.thelayoff.com/t/1v6ckGhZ
Sure, could be fake since it's all anonymous. But not be able to pay normally is a sign of a very desolate financial situation, even more when even the still floating-in money can't cover the payout obligations

Personally I don't think they were planning on closing down their DR GmbH. It must have been reasonably profitable. But other subsidiaries, for example DR UK, were not so profitable.
They wanted to switch the DR GmbH to a 60 day payment cycle (ie delay payment) so that they could use the cash in the GmbH bank to help other struggling subsidiaries.
They also layed off a ton of support staff with the intention of switching at least the first line support to AI thereby saving themselves a ton of money.
But more staff that expected left including senior developers which left DR GmbH with nobody to keep their system working. Also they didn't reckon that we would all leave so quickly.
So, whatever DR GmbH original intentions were I don't see how they can recover now - unless they are paying the Merchants that generate more than 50k per month and those big merchants do decide to return to DR.
But. As I said. I do not know. It's just what I feel.

Outside of EU and US, received July payment. KYC completed in July but now ask for ownership data again.
And we don't receive the Aug payment. Not sure it is about this ownership data or something else.

Has anyone already migrated to another MoR provider?
We’re currently evaluating alternatives but are unsure which one to choose. Our options include 2Checkout, Paddle, and Cleverbridge.

All of them are good alternatives. Apply to all. In fact, not all of them will approve your application. We got declined by 2Checkout (for no reason) and Paddle (product not allowed).lzlzlz wrote: Tue Nov 12, 2024 3:34 am Has anyone already migrated to another MoR provider?
