Sorry about the debug files, those are not meant to be in the final release builds. I'll do another build today to get rid of them.

I've updated The Scream to v1.2.5 to remove the debug logging of the last saved and loaded xml file, and double checked all the binary signing worked properly - hopefully all good now. I may have changed something about code signing in macOS 15, I'm still on 14.6.1

Worked for me--maybe he fixed it. Unzip it first.Dazd_N_Confuzd wrote: Thu Nov 14, 2024 1:13 amHi Andy, the Windows zip only contains PDFs, no executableandy-cytomic wrote: Thu Nov 14, 2024 12:47 am I've updated The Scream to v1.2.5 to remove the debug logging of the last saved and loaded xml file, and double checked all the binary signing worked properly - hopefully all good now. Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

Yeah, sorry, there was a small window where the .zip didn't have the installer which I fixed just after the wrong upload. Grab the windows version again and it's now in there.Dazd_N_Confuzd wrote: Thu Nov 14, 2024 1:13 amHi Andy, the Windows zip only contains PDFs, no executableandy-cytomic wrote: Thu Nov 14, 2024 12:47 am I've updated The Scream to v1.2.5 to remove the debug logging of the last saved and loaded xml file, and double checked all the binary signing worked properly - hopefully all good now. At least this time I realised this before having to be told by everyone
Please have a go of the new HD mode with 20% cpu savings. It's pretty crazy how much is being solved for now for such little cpu with all my latest circuit solving tech and knowhow. This sort of progress is bringing even more complicated and detailed circuit models into reach, and I'm really excited to get some new products done!

Do you have any dream gear that you want to model?andy-cytomic wrote: Thu Nov 14, 2024 2:35 amAt least this time I realised this before having to be told by everyone

News: The Scream v1.2.6 is available for download.
The Scream v1.2.6 (16 Nov 2024)
https://cytomic.com/product/scream
• Fix: recalling a preset now correctly resets to using the new values straight away instead of smoothing towards them. This would cause a thump as the circuit warmup was being done on the old values. The HD mode is silent on preset change, the MD has a small thump of around -50 dB due to the different modelling involved.

I’m itching for that Cytomic synth so much I had to go to the vets to get my flea treatment. Beta when?andy-cytomic wrote: Fri Nov 08, 2024 4:52 amI've got kits of a g-series bus compressor and two 1176's (so I can get the stereo action right), and I'm itching to finish my first Cytomic synth with all the filter's I've done as well. I'll try and fit in a stomp in between each.Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote: Wed Nov 06, 2024 12:45 pm Cool stuff Andy! Now please step out of the R&D phase and enjoy the fruits of all this work. Move into the "release a bunch of guitar pedals and new compressor plugins" phase. Big Muff next please.![]()
You don’t just make the best sounding analogue modelled plugins but also the GUIs look beautiful. The Drop is a masterpiece. CF100 in The Drop when?
