Yeah it's an inexpensive update for existing Ultimate owners. Total no-brainer to buy it, looks like a great effect, along with Shaper Table.

This is where I lose track of their tiers, particularly as I bought Phase Plant before most snap-ins were free. For me the price is $39. Ah, it seems I have a personal price to upgrade to Ultimate, which might actually be worth it.

Same here actually, I bought Ultimate (their "everything" package) when Essentials was only six or seven snapins, not most of them.

It cost me $32 to upgrade my Ultimate bundle to own everything again. Ultimate now contains 10 items; I previously owned 8, all but Filter Table and Shaper Table.

yep, it is great and there is a free one as well which I have not tried. Imports images for wavetables so if you have something like Kaleidoscope then you can use the many images it has as wavetables. But any image seems to work
I have not tried the Kilohearts one yet and probably wont unless there is a sale at some stage, but the kilohearts one looks like a simplified version of the expdsp one with that wavetable editor and an easier interface.

I recommend trying both but no doubt the expdsp seems a lot more powerful. Is enormous fun.

Filter Table converts the harmonic content of a wavetable frame into a distinctive filter shape that can be applied to any incoming audio. Scanning through the wavetable will smoothly adjust the filter shape.
