I got a new case, asking to return July payment as it was issued in error. Of course it was issued in error, but we already have filled "notice of termination and proposal for mutual settlement" and I'm asking them to continue with that and we'll return the correct amount once claims from both sides are balanced.

Hi from Germany,
also no payment since July.
On 2024-09-16 DR sent me an email with new conditions (platform fee, support 185/h etc).
According to my core contract from the mid 2000, they have to inform me 60 days prior the chages take place, so the changes should take place from the 2024-11-16, not a month earlier.

saying also that I quit the contract beginning with the 2024-11-16. Unfortunately the letter is still on the way, according to the status of the Deutsche Post.
On 2024-09-17 DR sent me an "important" information concerning filling out the "due diligence form", otherwise my account will be deactivated on 2024-12-31.
On 2024-09-24 another reminder saying:
Freezing payments, due to failing an internal audit, is an unilateral changing of the contract.
If my snake latter comes back, I'll go to the police. DR GmbH do not pay, they answer neither the phone nor the email, their company address is invalid. They disappeared with my money.

It seems that DR has successfully gaslighted vendors with "lottery" of payments, since there were many promises to go to court, police, etc, but so far no results. And no money.

That date December 31, 2024, the cut-off date on the KYC email is the same for many people posting here (it is the same for me). KYC is part of the smokescreen to make us think "DR is not paying me. It must be because I have not done KYC."My question to the support "What is a legal basis for freezing the payments, if the due diligence form is missing" was not answered.
How can DR use missing KYC as a reason for withholding payments now (November 2024) when they have given us until the end of December 2024 to fill in the stupid form?
I guess the answer in reality is...
"We owe you money."
"We are not paying you."
"What are you going to do about it? (ha ha ha)!"
My feeling about KYC is it would be madness to trust these people with digital images of my identity documents.

I received payment for July, received payment notification about August payment and that's it, no payment for August.

We received the july payment but not august and our access to the control panel is locked. We got the KYC too, but without access to the control panel there is no way to fill it.

Such things take years, not weeks. I when I asked, why another KYC? They just told me the request for was a mistake, and that I should ignore the notification.
I presume I'm going to be charged for that 'solution'- if they decide to actually pay me.

The other day I complained about being asked to do the KYC again, and today I received an answer:
Hint (mentioned earlier): Even if your solution center account is partially blocked like mine, and you cannot submit any new tickets from the portal, you can still send an e-mail to serviceintake@digitalriver.com in order to create a ticket. The mail must be sent from the address you are registered with in the solution center.I have checked your Account and it shows that the KYC is complete. You may disregard this notification. This notification was sent to all of our partners.

I’ve tried reaching out to serviceintake@digitalriver.com (mailto:serviceintake@digitalriver.com) from my account email but haven’t received any response. My account has already been terminated, so I can’t access the control panel. However, I recently received an email stating that they’ve charged me a platform subscription fee, and I’m concerned they might continue charging me.Does anyone know another way to reach their support team or how to check if a ticket was at least created?
