I cut a few teeth on Ragnarok in my quest for learning synthesis. It still has a special place in my toolbox.
We jumped the fence because it was a fence not be cause the grass was greener.

I have problems with editing the .ini file to define some Midi CCs.
I am using the AU "N" version with MacOS 10.6.8.
The "ragnarok.ini" file is in the same directory as the plugin itself (Components folder)
I have strictly followed the description of the syntax in the manual, but the plugin does not respond to Midi CCs.
Example:
[MIDI Control]
# General Purpose controllers
CC7 = 4 # Volume
CC21 = 28 # Filter Cutoff
CC22 = 29 # Filter Resonance
This is how I entered it. After saving, I reloaded the settings, or I restarted the host and plugin and then reloaded the settings. Nevertheless, the plugin does not react to the Midi CCs.
Did I miss something?

Thank you very much for the version 2 of this great synth!
It got even better!
Are there plans to adjust the hardware gui to the new version?

I know that the hardware device is his.
I thought you were involved with that skin as you posted it here...

Na, not really. In contrary to my other babies, the UI is all his.

Yeah!
Version 2 of one of my personal favorites from the FBM plugins!
@Björn:
Seems version 1 banks and presets can be loaded - e.g. after ignoring a warning by e.g. SAVIHost?
No problems to be expected?
Thanks a lot!

First of all, kudos to Bjorn for getting this released finally, as I take responsibility for a lot of the delay (life got in the way, so to speak).
I didn't do the hardware-related GUI, that was done by someone else. I won't do another GUI, as I simply don't have the time available (life still gets in the way).
I hope everyone, who was eagerly awaiting this, will have fun playing with it
