It's all very confusing because Spotify wants this, but Apple wants that, so I found this website where you can have your song analyzed, then you can play it back and hear what each service does to it. Very interesting and a good help.

Thanks for that link. I ran it on my tune and it made me realise that I might have been mixing about 2 dB RMS too loud. Usually I ignore all that streaming service stuff, but it's still helpful as another reference similar to RMS Buddy or whatnot.

Welcome. I found it enlightening. For me, Apple was the worst offender, turning my song -4 db. Spotify and others averaged -2, and to be honest I didn't hear that much of a difference.
